Processing & Dispatch
Product will be shipped within 1–3 days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

- International: 10–20 business days

Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
Replacements & Refunds
We’ll offer a replacement if a product arrives damaged. Refunds are considered on a per-customer basis.
To request a replacement or refund, please email queenbee@shopapiarist.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Photos of the product/packaging showing the issue
- Brief explanation of the problem
