Refund policy

At Apiarist, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, the following policy applies.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shopapiarist.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the handcrafted, preservative-free nature of our formulations. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at hello@shopapiarist.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of the damage or defect. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@shopapiarist.com.
